**Shipping Policy:**
All items from our hair business are shipped via USPS priority mail, processing typically takes 5-8 business days & with delivery typically taking 1-4 business days. After your package has been shipped, Superior Luxe Extensions, LLC relinquishes responsibility. Should any issues arise, please reach out to USPS directly for assistance. For any further inquiries such as holiday & weather delay, please do not hesitate to contact us via email. (Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays). Please keep in mind, you will not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed. After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.
**Return & Exchange Policy**
At Superior Luxe Extensions, LLC all sales are considered FINAL. However, exchanges are permissible for damaged items or in cases where an error has occurred on our end. To initiate an exchange, kindly reach out to our customer service team at slextensions.info@gmail.com. Exchanges MUST be requested within 30 days of receiving your item and the exchanged items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange. Additionally, we require proof of purchase for all exchanges.
Upon receipt of your item, we will promptly send you an email confirming its arrival. Subsequently, you will be notified once the new item has been dispatched to you, complete with a tracking number for your convenience.
**Refund Policy**
